A while ago I took the Dosha Type test to see if it would help me figure out a new diet.

You see each type has its do's and don'ts........

I never figured I would be the one type that you can throw out the whole notion of an easy way to the simplest advice!

I am a Triple-Dosha Type, it has its moments but mostly it has just plain sucked. lol 2funny

First time I hear about a tripple Dosha type.

It was the first time I heard of it too! There was little info about it too, perhaps the dosha experts could not figure us out any better then we could figure ourselves out.  crazy2

Anyway I know that Doshas are normally not clear cut. One normally has some mixture of them.
