Hi Everyone. Wakey wakey!!

Hmm some coffeee will be GOOD on a sunday morning to wake up with.

Today it is exac itly two and a half months of clean air breathing for me. I look at my cigarette roller on the shelf and I smile. I feel the extra tube around my middle and I smile. Grin

All in good time. If I can kick cigarettes I will kick my toxic appetite too. tickedoff
