I think it takes a while to get the  hang of it, so don't feel discouraged

Another good day here, not a lot to report, so off I travell

Oh I wish I was still doing Yoga!

I tried it but in the end gave up because I found I was more wound up after it than before lol. My muscles would clench up and I didn't breathe right.

I think it was the wrong time for me to do it...hopefully one day I'll get the hang of it lol =D

Thanks for the lovely picture

I've had a nice relaxing day here, slept in, and just relaxed afterward with good music, sunshine, Chi tea, my love, and my dog. Took Astra to the dog park in the late afternoon. She absolutely loved it, running around like a mad thing, and te people there are also warm, it's a great way to spend a couple of hours

My love and I also found out we got the place we were hoping too last night, so we'll be moving next weekend, and I'm very excited, indeed. I've also got  my first Yoga class next week, and a friend coming up next weekend, so there is a lot to look forward to, and be greatful forin my little corner of the world.

Hello Candles,

Glad you like my Astra,and I don't mind who you introduce Bug  too.

I've finally! got a Yoga class sorted starting next week and have left Pilates. We've just spent the last 3 days with my love's family (them staying here), which has been excellent. I've a friend coming up from Melbourne next weekend who I have not seen since last year, and it's Friday. Ah such simple pleasures.

  Any three month old doggy is adorable. A person who does not find it so needs to slow down and awaken their inate ability to love.

I think the rush gets to us. When we slow down we become gentle and more loving again.

Iarla, Astra is a lot bigger now indeed, but just as adorable 

The time with the relatives has been very enjoyable so far. Dinner together last night after a walk by the sea, and we'll be catching up again for dinner tonight, and a barbecue tomorrow

Tiff, I'm glad you like Astra, but then I imagine most people would, although I'm a bit biased, of course!
