Ones body adapts to its environment. The blood groups developed over generations in various parts of the world. My body might have learned how to break berries down for vitamin C over many generations and therefore cannot use oranges as a source of Vit C. Hypothetical

How does each diet differ based on one's blood type? Is one blood type need a more acidic diet while another needs a more alkaline diet? Or is it based on the types of minerals and vitamins one should have in their diet?

I have a blood type diet book. Dont know if it is the same one. It worked for me.

my diet consists of lamb chops, pork, chops,spare ribs, steaks, bacon, baked spuds, chips, and salad.................. donotfeedthetroll
