interesting question..

for me the soul is that part of us that is not physical. I think i wrote somewhere else, it travels with us through the eons of time. Its our essence.. its our us.. its us as part of the divine..( however we express that).

as for spirit is that hte same i think so just another word that others might use.. i prefer soul.
