Oh Medusa, I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't passed for you. I hope you can get some space away from it.

Most people go away for a break or even just a walk in nature, but ultimately it's a break from our minds is what we're looking for. Maybe you're a little beyond my 'Jaffa Cakes and DVD' remedy. The best thing I've tried so far is treat myself to a bath and while I'm in there, just concentrate on the present moment and body sensations. The mental replay of the week gone by gets quieter and eventually replaced with peace. Anxiety of an as yet non-existing future, gets quieter and replaced with peace.

I know that's not much conselation when you're in the thick of it - but I promise you, you're only a thought away from peace.

Hi Medusa! I'm a nocturnal creature by indulgence myself. I had to get rid of my TV and internet at home to impose some order on my life, but sometimes I come down to our rehearsal room and stay up late on this forum so maybe we'll have a session some time hehehe
