Yeah I have that sometimes.

In fact I am always aware of company. Even when I want to do someting unsocial when I am all alone I kind of "apologize" or do it neatly for the sake of those we cant see.

did'nt half jump with fright last night walking the dog at 10 pm, was in a leasure centres very large grounds, i again had the feeling i was not alone, anyway while walking the hedges started shaking' and this black cat came darting out, after spotting the dog, it shot off like wildfire, ((well it did give me the creeps))..............

have you never had that feeling that there is someone behind you and you turn round and there is no one there, ive had that feeling often recently , ive a funny feeling that a ghost / sprit has taken an interest in my movements, maybe the shadow people have decided to leave the confines of home and have a gander at the outside world...........ties in well with me showing two shadows out on a field, when the dog on his lead next to me had just one.............

Deffo sounds like what happened to me a few yrs ago now lov....................

I often feel that someone is walking or standing behind me.................

I do know my guide and helpers are with me all the time, but there is also a feeling of another that is here.................not a good feeling either (although i do have an idea who it maybe as well)

My guide/helpers protect me, as I am always asking them, not to let a certain person through as I know he will try to do me harm !

He has tried already to gt through to me, through another medium a few months ago !
