Hmmmm. Been some time now. What have you found?
I find that grattitude works for me. The people close to me that I resent. I realize how I take them for granted and then I meditate on all they have done for me in any way shape or form untill I feel grateful for having them in my life.
Then it becomes easy to soften up and forgive myself for judging them harshly and to make good with them. Oh and yess. They change too!!
My ex and I was gonna brawl untill I remembered what she has done for me and suddenly SHE became nice with me again. Isn't it cool.
I didnt even tell her I forgave her (and me)
