a little update.

things are going much better here now. (minus the job search. still not got anything)
the new house we moved into about a month ago is really awesome and we have had some of the family from England visiting =]

by the way a hi to PrincessTiff, ive been talkin to her quite a bit latly and shes awesome ^_^

speaking of awesome girls. i really miss my girlfriend. its been 6 month appart now and its a nightmare. once i get this job shel be comming over here asap.

anyway il make sure to make a spiritual rant on here soon =]

Hi,

This is the way I find most effective for meditation - it is simple too.

Lay on back - breath deep but naturally - relax body - remotely observe own mind - allow anything to happen.

oh and does anyone know a way I can upload a file for anyone to download if they want to? I have a bunch of stuff on psionics and I wanted to put it on here for anyone to download if they want. It’s in a single RAR file at the moment.

Close your eyes an float straight up, Break through the clouds into another universe of dim light.

See all the souls as stars there. Begin to pulse your light, See them come closer to see you ,Present yourself to them, see them appreciating you. Ask them to come find you in the physical world.

Then when you go to talk to people, know in your mind that you already met as souls andf thats why you meet now. YOur meditation will guide them to see the right ad, call the wright number, go buy milk at the right time, whatever. It sets things in motion to bring you together.

But you should know this already I think? Just do it.
